As I understand it you make a copy of the HOI3 folder that is in the Steam folder and paste it in the desktop does it have to be in the desktop can it be in C:\ directory? Secondly do you download the podcat to a separate folder on the desktop where you extract it and then paste this folder or the podcat.exe in the TFH folder ? Then you repeat this process for the BICE (10.32) but you paste it in the mod folder.
